Terms of Service - The Satellite Plan
1. Service Scope The "Satellite Plan" subscription provides access to an unlimited queue of design and branding requests. We operate on a "one active request at a time" basis. This means we will work on one mission until it is completed or paused by the client before moving to the next one in the queue.
2. Turnaround & Delivery Most design and branding tasks are delivered within an average of 48–72 hours (Monday through Friday). More complex requests may be broken down into smaller milestones to maintain a steady flow of deliverables.
3. Billing & Automatic Renewal By subscribing, you authorize a recurring monthly charge of $1,590 USD. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month unless cancelled or paused. All payments are made upfront before work begins.
4. Cancellation & Pause Policy You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
- To Cancel: You must cancel via your PayPal dashboard or notify us at hello@astromonkey.studio at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of creative work, no pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property Upon full payment of the monthly fee, all original creative work produced during that period belongs to the client. Astro Monkey Studio reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
6. Client Obligations Timely delivery depends on clear briefing and feedback. Delays in providing assets or approvals will affect the overall project timeline.
7. Revisions All active requests include unlimited revisions until the client is satisfied. Revision requests must be submitted through the project management board (Trello). Revisions requested after a project has been marked as complete may be treated as a new request.
